Salvation Pass markers and Matthias timer

Hi!

While I still haven't gotten through the first new boss yet, a bunch of nice guys from the Oopsy guild helped me set up markers and timers for the whole new raid wing.

Grab the new build here.

Change notes:

  • Numbered markers for the prison camp
  • Numbered markers for the Matthias wells so you can call them out by number
  • A poison/corruption timer for the Matthias fight. The timer starts when you enter the room and has a 4 second delay on it. It's as accurate as the Sabetha timers are, which turned out to be pretty usable.
  • Markers for the scattered memories achievement

  1. I have no idea about programming at all, but would it be possible to add a "start fight" button/hotkey, that will start the timer based on player location? If no, never mind, timers are really accurate and can help a lot as they are :) Keep up the good work, love it so far. This is the best GW2 overlay I have stumbled upon so far :)

    1. Yes it'd be possible but I'm still looking for a better solution that doesn't distract from the fight.

  2. could you explain the best way to update versions but keep my existing markers, instead of copying over these new files everytime?

    1. You can overwrite your install, just make sure you don't overwrite the poidata.xml - it's an oversight on my part that that file made it into the archive, I'll remove it from future builds.

  4. Just to help some new people around on raids, do you think is possible to add timer for Vale Guardian Green circles?
I believe they are at 15 secs, so something warning with 12 secs and 3 secs cooldown or similar would be helpfull for the tanks out there

    1. I believe those are dependent on your progress. I might be mistaken though, will check when we do the raid on thursday. If they aren't, I'll add timers for VG.

  5. Hello,

I did not find the bug report function or so.

    So i report a bug here :

On an Azerty FR keyboard, the key right to the "P" (so ^ and ¨) does not work as intented (the ~ key too, so basically all keys that put a char on a letter) and is very buggy in the chat. I can't even write "ï" without bugging.

Version : 16 (latest as of March, 19)
Keys binded : µ,/,* (so no overlap in binds)
Yes, it does this behaviour ONLY when Taco is open. And only in GW2.

    Thank you for your help.

    1. The TacO keyboard handling for now is just a placeholder and is probably buggy. As soon as I find a better solution I'll fix all this.
